Procedure

1-(2,4-Dichloro-phenyl)-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid amide (46 mg, 0.2 mmol) and 2-Bromo-1-(2-chloro-4-methoxy-5-methly-phenyl)-propan-1-one (58 mg, 0.2 mmol) were combined in DMF (1 mL) at 0.2 M and the mixture heated to 80° C. overnight. The reaction was then cooled to room temperature. The desired product was purified by reversed phase HPLC/MS using an acetonitrile/water gradient and C18 stationary phase. Yield: 1 mg (2%) [MH]+ 424.2, 422.2, 426.0 (small).
