Procedure

The title compound was prepared from 4-heptylsulfanyl-phenol and N-methyl-N-phenylcarbamoyl chloride. The crude product was subjected to preparative HPLC (74%, colourless oil, HPLC-MS m/z=358.2 (M+1), Rt: 6.21 min. δH (200 MHz; CDCl3): 0.87 (t, 3H), 1.15-1.50 (m, 8H), 1.50-1.75 (m, 2H), 2.86 (t, 2H), 3.41 (s, 3H), 7.04 (d, 2H), 7.15-7.50 (m, 7H).
