Procedure

(S)-1-(4-Chloro-5-isoquinolinesulfonyl)-3-(methylamino)pyrrolidine (100 mg) obtained in Example 1 was dissolved in ethanol (2.5 ml), and added with 48% hydrobromic acid (33.2 μL, Wako Pure Chemical Industries), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 17 hours. The reaction mixture was further added with ethanol (4 ml), and the deposited solid was collected by filtration and dried by warming at 60° C. for 24 hours under reduced pressure to obtain the title compound (93.5 mg).
