A suspension of the product from step C (5 g, 10.46 mmol) in EtOAc (100 mL) was treated with 1M aq NaHSO4 (100 mL) at rt. The biphasic mixture was stirred for 12 h at rt and then separated. The organic layer was washed with water and brine, dried (Na2SO4), filtered and concentrated to afford the title compound. HPLC/MS: 297.0/299.0 (M+1); Rt=2.55 min.
