Procedure
To the product from Example 54 (120 mg, 0.24 mmol) in MeCN (4 mL) was added chloroacetyl chloride (24 mg, 0.3 mmol). The reaction was aged for 90 min at rt and DIEA (45 μL, 0.24 mmol) was added. After 15 min, another portion of chloroacetyl chloride (12 mg, 0.15 mmol) was added, along with DIEA (45 μL, 0.24 mmol). The reaction was concentrated, diluted with CHCl3 and washed with Na2CO3/brine 1:1. The organic layer was dried (Na2SO4), filtered and concentrated to afford the title compound. HPLC/MS: 575.1/577.0 (M+1); Rt=3.36 min.
