Procedure
To a solution of Example 20 (286 mg, 1 mmol) and triethylamine (202 mg, 2 mmol) in dichloromethane (5 mL) was added 2-ethylbutanoyl chloride (141 mg, 1.05 mmol) in dichloromethane (1 mL). The mixture was stirred room temperature for 2 hours, and then concentrated. The residue was purified by chromatography on silica gel (ethyl acetate/methanol=10:1) to give the title compound. 1H NMR(400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 0.80 (m, 6H), 1.35 (m, 3H), 1.50 (m, 3H), 1.80-2.00 (m, 2H), 2.35 (m, 3H), 2.60-3.07 (m, 3H), 4.02-4.10 (m, 1H), 4.33 (m, 1H), 4.48-4.60 (m, 1H), 6.60 (d, 1H, J=7 Hz), 7.56 (m, 1H), 7.60 (d, 1H, J=7 Hz), 8.28 (s, 1H); MS (ESI) m/z 385 (M+H)+.
