Procedure

To a solution of Example 42 (42 mg, 0.12 mmol) in dichloromethane (5 mL) was added triethylamine (17 mg, 0.168 mmol) followed by 4-fluorobenzoyl chloride (27 mg, 0.168 mmol) in dichloromethane (1 mL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight and then concentrated. The residue was purified by chromatography on silica gel (ethyl acetate, then ethyl acetate/methanol=20:1) to give the title compound. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.20 (m, 1H), 1.80-2.10 (m, 3H), 2.20 (m, 1H), 2.70-2.95 (m, 3H), 3.12 (m, 1H), 3.40-3.70 (m, 2H), 4.45 (m, 1H), 7.22 (m, 2H), 7.42 (m, 2H), 7.82 (m, 1H), 8.05-8.20 (m, 4H); MS (ESI) m/z 472 (M+H)+.
