Procedure
To a solution of Example 57 (76.2 mg, 0.3 mmol) and triethylamine (61 mg, 0.6 mmol) in dichloromethane (2 mL) was added 3-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl chloride (93 mg, 0.48 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 50° C. for 8 hours and then concentrated. The residue was purified by chromatography on silica gel (ethyl acetate/methanol=10:1) to give the title compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.80 (m, 3H), 2.16-2.26 (m, 3H), 2.38 (m, 1H), 2.70 (m, 1H), 2.86 (m, 2H), 3.60 (m, 3H), 5.24 (m, 1H), 6.83 (d, 1H, J=7 Hz), 7.60 (m, 4H), 7.80 (d, 1H, J=7 Hz), 8.18 (s, 1H), 8.40 (s, 1H); MS (ESI) m/z 412 (M+H)+.
