150 mg of (S)-1-{2-chloro-6-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethylamino]pyridin-4-yl}ethanone, 51 mg of 2-aminopyrazine, 49 mg of 2-dicyclohexylphosphino-2′,4′,6′-triisopropylbiphenyl, 59 mg of sodium t-butoxide and 23 mg of tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium were added in turn to 6 ml of degassed toluene, and the mixture was stirred at 100° C. for 20 minutes under argon atmosphere. The reaction solution was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain 77 mg of (S)-1-{2-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethylamino]-6-(pyrazin-2-ylamino)pyridin-4-yl}ethanone. The obtained compound was subjected to hydrochlorination using a conventional method to obtain the objective compound as yellow powder.
