The title compound was prepared by a similar method to 2-{3-[2-(2-isopropyl-2H-[1,2,4]triazol-3-yl)-4,5-dihydro-6-oxa-3-thia-1-aza-benzo[e]azulen-8-yl]-azetidin-1-yl}-acetamide using 2-(2-bromoethoxy)tetrahydro-2H-pyran instead of 2-bromoacetamide and DMF instead of THF and performing the reaction at 60° C. The title compound was isolated as an amber gum (104 mg, 29%). LCMS: RT=3.24, 3.35 min, [M+H]+=496
