Prepared according to the procedure described for example 14 from 1-(5-Chloro-4-nitro-2-thienyl)ethanone (0.1 g, 0.49 mmol) and N-methyl imidazole-2-thiol (0.056 g, 0.49 mmol). The title compound was obtained as a solid (50 mg, 36% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ: 8.48 (2H, s) 7.64 (2H, dd) 7.28 (2H, dd), 3.42 (3H, s), 2.52 (3H, s). MS m/z: 283.9 [M+H]+.
