Prepared according to the procedure described for example 28 from 5-(1-bromoethyl)-2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)sulfanyl-3-nitro-thiophene (0.1 g, 0.25 mmol) and dimethylamine (0.19 mL, 0.8 mmol). The title compound was obtained as a solid (15 mg, 16% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, MeOD) δ: 7.92 (1H, m), 7.88 (1H, m), 7.85 (1H, m) 7.58 (1H, m), 4.74 (1H, q), 2.81 (3H, m), 2.78 (3H, m), 1.67 (3H, d). MS m/z: 376.9 [M+H]+.
