Reaction Steps
Prepared by a similar procedure to that described for example 18 from the 1-(5-chloro-4-nitro-2-thienyl)ethanone (200 mg, 0.98 mmol) and 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzenethiol (178 mg, 0.98 mmol) to afford the title product as a solid (60 mg, 18% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ: 8.54 (1H, s), 8.41 (1H, m). MS m/z: 349.75 [M+H]+.
