Prepared according to the procedure described for example 44 from 5-[(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)sulfanyl]-4-nitro-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid (35 mg, 0.1 mmol) and 2-piperazin-1-ylethanol (26.0 mg, 0.2 mmol). The title compound was obtained as a solid (23.0 mg, 50% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ: 8.75 (2H, s), 7.80 (1H, s), 4.87 (4H, m), 4.23 (4H, m), 4.04 (2H, m), 3.22 (2H, m). MS m/z: 462.90, 464.90 [M+H]+.
