Prepared according to the procedure described for example 50 from 5-[(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)sulfanyl]-4-nitro-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid (200 mg, 0.56 mmol) and 4,4-dimethyl piperidine (83 mg, 0.65 mmol). The title compound was obtained as a solid (34 mg, 14% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ: 8.97 (2H, s), 7.90 (1H, s), 3.57 (4H, m), 1.33 (4H, m), 0.95 (6H, s). MS m/z: 446.21, 448.23 [M+H]+.
