According to the method described in example 2a, ethyl 2-(3-(4-decylbenzamido)-1-methylpyrrolidin-3-yl)acetate (35 mg, 0.08 mmol) was reacted with methyl iodide to give the title compound as a white solid (46 mg, quantitive). MS ESI 445.3 [M]+, calcd for [C27H45N2O3+] 445.34.
