Reaction Steps
tert-Butyl (Z)-2-(trans -4-acetoxycyclohexyloxyimino)3-oxobutyrate (327 mg, 1 mmol) was reacted with sulphuryl chloride (0.8 ml) in glacial acetic acid (2 ml) by an analogous procedure to that described in Example 57d to give the crude title compound.
