Reaction Steps
In the manner given in Example 1, a solution of 1,3-dihydro-8-bromo-5-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-2H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-thione in n-butyl alcohol was heated to reflux with methoxyacetic acid hydrazide to give 9-bromo-1-(methoxymethyl)-6-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-4H-s-triazolo[4,3-a][1,4]benzodiazepine.
