Reagents, catalysts & solvents 2
Procedure
The product (106 mg) of Example 5 was dissolved in dichloromethane (80 mL), and triethylamine (30 μL) and acetyl chloride (15 μL) were added to the solution. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 12 hrs. The reaction mixture was diluted with chloroform, washed with 0.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide and then saturated brine, and dried. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the obtained residue was dissolved in ethanol (10 mL). 1 mol/L Hydrogen chloride diethyl ether solution (2 mL) was added, which was followed by filtration to give the title compound (62 mg) as a white amorphous solid.
