Procedure
The product (100 mg) of Example 173 was dissolved in methanol (10 mL), and hydroxyamine hydrochloride (15 mg) was added to the solution. The mixture was stirred for 30 hrs. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the obtained residue was extracted with chloroform, then washed with saturated brine, and dried. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (chloroform:methanol=100:1–20:1) to give the title compound (90 mg) as a white amorphous solid.
