By the same procedure as Example 1, Part C, 4-{4-[1-(4-Fluoro-phenyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl]-phenoxy}-phenol (from Example 67, Part D) and 5-bromo-5-(2-ethoxy-ethyl)-pyrimidine-2,4,6-trione (from Preparation 3A) were converted to the title compound. MS m/z: ESI+545.3 (M+H)+.
