By a procedure similar to the previous examples 9 and 9A: prepared through the reaction of 6-isopropyl-2-phenyl-piperidin-3-ylamine with 2-Methoxy-5-methyl-6-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-[1,5]naphthyridine-3-carbaldehyde. Mass spectrum calcd for C25 H34 N4 O2 (M+1) 423; found 423.
