Reaction Steps
In a similar manner to that described in Example 7(ii) above, 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-(2-methylaminopyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrrole [prepared as described in step 1(iii) above] was reacted with triisopropylsilyl triflate, to afford the title compound (yield 82%) as a white powder.
