Reaction Steps
A mixture of 7-propyl-3-trifluoromethyl-6-hydroxy-1,2-benzisoxazole from Example 7 (417 mg), 1-(3-bromopropyl)-3-(2-pyridyl)-imidazolidinedione (672 mg), and Cs2CO3 (867 mg) in DWF was allowed to react for 24 hours at RT. The mixture was filtered, then separated by preparative HPLC to yield the title compound as a white solid.
