Procedure

Prepared from N′-acetyl-N-(1-methylethyl)-N-[3-ethoxycarbonyl-5-(phenylmethyl)-2-thienyl]urea (700 mg), sodium ethoxide (400 mg) and iodomethane (0.45 ml) following the method of Example 12, step d) to give the title compound.
