Reaction Steps
The product from Step A (433 mg, 0.907 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (60 mL) was treated with TFA (60 mL) at RT for 2 h. After removing the TFA/CH2Cl2, the residue was purified on a silica gel column and eluting with 2.5-5% MeOH (containing 10% NH4OH)/CH2Cl2 to give the title compound. LC-MS=378.04 [M+1].
