Reaction Steps
Following General Procedure Q, 1-(5,6-diphenyl-pyridin-2-yl)-propan-1-one oxime (Compound 81, 30 mg, 0.1 mmol), NaH (4.8 mg, 0.20 mmol) and MeI (140 mg, 0.99 mmol) in THF were reacted to obtain the title compound as an oil.
