To a mixture of 2.09 g of 4-fluoro-3-nitrobenzo trifluoride and 20 ml of N-methylpyrrolidone was added 2.33 g of a 40% methylamine aqueous solution under ice cool, and the mixture was heated up to room temperature and stirred for 1 hour.
