Procedure

To a mixture of the compound (538 mg) obtained in Example 42 in ethanol (10 mL)/ethyl acetate (10 mL) was added 10% palladium/carbon (100 mg), and the mixture was stirred under hydrogen atmosphere at room temperature for 11 hr. Insoluble material was removed by filtration, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to give the title compound (456 mg) as a brown powder.
