To a suspension of the 308 (385 mg, 0.99 mmol) in THF (10 mL) was added 2-(2-fluorophenyl)acetyl isothiocyanate (263 mg, 1.49 mmol) and the reaction mixture was stirred for 1 hr, transferred onto a flash chromatography column and eluted with EtOAc/MeOH 19:1, to afford title compound 310a (366.9 mg, 67% yield) as a creamy solid. 1HNMR: (DMSO-d6) δ (ppm): 12.42 (s, 1H), 11.87 (s, 1H), 8.44 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 8.02 (d, J=11.5 Hz, 1H), 7.95 (s, 1H), 7.78 (s, 1H), 7.67 (s, 1H), 7.52 (m, 2H), 7.42 (m, 2H), 7.25 (m, 2H), 7.06 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 4.04 (q, J=7.3 Hz, 2H), 3.92 (s, 2H), 7.4 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 3H). MS (m/z): 550.0 (M+1).
