The title compound was prepared from (5-chloro-4-fluoro-2-nitro-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example B6) (4.94 g, 17 mmol) and Me2NH (40% in H2O, 7.9M, 10.9 mL, 86 mmol) in DMSO (35 mL) at 23° C. according to the general procedure C. Obtained as a yellow solid (4.93 g).
