Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (RS)-[2-dimethylamino-2′,3′-difluoro-5-(3-oxo-3-{3-[5-(tetrahydro-pyran-2-yloxymethyl)-[1,2,3]triazol-1-yl]-phenyl}-propionylamino)-biphenyl-4-yl]-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example M7) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a yellow solid (26 mg).
