Procedure

The title compound was prepared from (RS)-[4-chloro-5-[(2-methoxy-ethyl)-methyl-amino]-2-(3-oxo-3-{3-[5-(tetrahydro-pyran-2-yloxymethyl)-[1,2,3]triazol-1-yl]-phenyl}-propionylamino)-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example M13) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a beige solid (50 mg).
