The title compound was prepared from (RS)-[4-chloro-5-isopropylamino-2-(3-oxo-3-{3-[5-(tetrahydro-pyran-2-yloxymethyl)-[1,2,3]triazol-1-yl]-phenyl}-propionylamino)-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M113) (0.37 g, 0.60 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (209 mg, 82%).
