To a solution of the product of Step 6 (0.12 g, 0.350 mmol) in ethanol (5 ml) at 80° C. was added aqueous hydroxylamine (0.07 g, 1.04 mmol, 50% in water). After 30 min the mixture was cooled to room temperature and concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound, (0.124 g, 100%) as a yellow solid; MS(AP+) m/e 362 [M+H]+.
