Reaction Steps
The target compound (30.0 g) was obtained as a colorless oil by carrying out the reaction and the post-treatment according to Reference example 20(b) using (S)-4-benzyl-3-[(4-t-butylphenoxy)acetyl]oxazolidin-2-one (28.2 g) obtained from Reference example 21(a), a solution of dibutylboron triflate in dichloromethane (1M, 92.1 ml), triethylamine (13.9 ml) and 4-benzyloxybenzaldehyde (17.9 g).
