PROCEDURE

实验过程

N-Boc-(2S,4R)-4-methanesulfonylproline methylester was taken in DMF (10 mL) to which sodium azide (1.30 g, 20.0 mmol) was added and heated at 75–80° C. overnight. DMF was removed and the product was extracted with ethyl acetate (100 mL) and washed with water (50 mL). The azide product 9c (P=Boc, m=1, R9=azide) was obtained (0.98 g, 90%) on removal of solvent.
