Reaction Steps

To a solution of 2-[4-benzyloxy-1-(3-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonyl)-pyrrolidin-2-yl]-N-[6-(tert-butylamino-methyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-naphthalen-1-yl]-acetamide (Example 355) in EtOH was treated with 10% Pd/C ((10 wt %) and stirred under an H2 atmosphere for 4 h. The catalyst was removed by filtration affording the title compound as a white solid (MS, 568, M+H).
