Procedure
Under a nitrogen atmosphere, 1M-hydrochloric acid-diethyl ether (249 μl, 0.249 mmol) was added to a solution of {trans-2-[(4-methyl-1H-indazol-5-yl)oxy]cyclohexyl}methylamine (53.8 mg, 0.207 mmol) in 2-propanol (1 ml) at room temperature. After 1 hour, the reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure and the resulting residue was crystallized from 2-propanol/acetonitrile to obtain {trans-2-[(4-methyl-1H-indazol-5-yl)oxy]cyclohexyl}methylamine hydrochloride (49.4 mg, 81%).
