Procedure
Under a nitrogen atmosphere, 1M-hydrochloric acid-diethyl ether (119 μl, 0.119 mmol) was added to a solution of {cis-3-[(4-methyl-1H-indazol-5-yl)oxy]cyclohexyl}methylamine (25.8 mg, 0.0995 mmol) in 2-propanol (1 ml) at room temperature. After 1 hour, the reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure and the resulting residue was crystallized from 2-propanol/diethyl ether to obtain {cis-3-[(4-methyl-1H-indazol-5-yl)oxy]cyclohexyl}methylamine hydrochloride (21.8 mg, 74%).
