Reaction Steps
After 2-{4-[N-(5,6-diphenyl-3-methylpyrazin-2-yl)-N-methylamino]butyloxy}acetic acid tert-butyl ester was hydrolyzed in the same manner as in Example 42, the resulting 2-{4-[N-(5,6-diphenyl-3-methylpyrazin-2-yl)-N-methylamino]butyloxy}acetic acid was treated with the same amount of 1N sodium hydroxide solution to obtain the desired compound as a brownish amorphous.
