Reaction Steps
Using (3R)-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-(2,2,4,6,7-pentamethyl-3-(4-methylphenyl)-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)piperidine-2,6-dione obtained in Example 26, the title compound was synthesized in the same manner as in Example 28. Yield 59%. mp. 183–185° C. (ethyl acetate-hexane).
