To 550 mg of pyridine were added 185 mg of 5-amino-1-(6-amino-3,5-difluoropyridine-2-yl)-8-chloro-6,7-difluoro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid, 110 mg of 3-aminoazetidine dihydrochloride, and 200 mg of N-methylpyrrolidine, and the mixture was stirred at 100° C. for 30 minutes, and concentrated under reduced pressure. After adding 2 ml of ethanol, the mixture was stirred, and the precipitate was collected by filtration and washed with ethanol and diisopropylether successively to obtain 48 mg of the title compound as a yellow powder.
