After 4-fluoroaniline(0.4 ml, 3.7 mmol) was added to a mixture solution of 6-methyl-4-(7-methyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-c]pyridin-6-yl)-2-chloropyrimidine(0.7 g, 2.5 mmol) and dimethylformamide(10 ml), 0.7 g of the titled compound was obtained in accordance with the same procedure as in Step 2 of Example 1.
