After 4-fluoro-2-methylaniline(0.5 ml, 4.6 mmol) was added to a mixture solution of 5,6-dimethyl-4-(7-methyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-c]pyridin-6-yl)-2-chloropyrimidine(0.68 g, 2.3 mmol) and dimethylformamide(5 ml), 0.12 g of the titled compound was obtained in accordance with the same procedure as in Step 2 of Example 1.
