Reaction Steps
A solution of 24.5 mg of the compound from Step H in 1 mL of 4N hydrogen chloride in dioxane was stirred at ambient temperature for 1 h and then concentrated. The resultant solid was washed with ether and dried in vacuo to give the title compound. Mass spectrum (MS): m/z 357 (M+1).
