Thus, 1-(4-methoxybenzyl)-5-(4,5-dimethoxy-2-nitrobenzoyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid (c-2′: MP) (2.32 g, 79%) was obtained as a yellow crystal powder.
