Prepared in analogy to example 1.1 b) from 2-isopropoxy-5-methanesulfonyl-benzoic acid (Example 2.2) and 4-Methoxy-2-piperazin-1-yl-benzothiazole hydrochloride in tetrahydrofuran. The crude material was purified by chromatography (SiO2, heptane/ethyl acetate), and the residue was then triturated in ether to yield the title compound as a white solid.
