实验过程

300 mg (0.6 mmol) of N-[3-(6,8-dichloro-2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-4-yl)phenyl]-(2R,3S,4R,5R)-2,3,4,5,6-pentahydroxyhexanamide (example compound 2) were taken up in 100 ml of H2O and admixed at room temperature with 6.18 ml of 0.1 M HCl. The mixture was stirred for 15 minutes, filtered and freeze-dried to obtain 294 mg of the desired hydrochloride.
