实验过程

The title compound was prepared according to the procedure of Example 60 starting from 3-(1-piperazinyl)-1-[2-(2,4,5-trifluorophenoxy)ethyl]-2(1H)-pyrazinone (0.35 g, 1.0 mmol; from the free base of Example 3) and 2-bromoethyl phenyl ether (0.22 g, 1.1 mmol). Yield 0.14 g (27%). HPLC purity: 99%. HRMS calc for C24H25F3N4O3 (M)+ 474.1879, found 474.1887.
